Andrew is the Director of Public Works for the Village of Westfield, NY, where he manages the Sewer, Water, and Electric Utilities. He is a licensed Grade 4A Wastewater Operator. In addition to the Village plant, he also manages small on-site wastewater treatment facilities for Mobile Home Parks and Condominium Associations and Homeowner's Associations. He has a great deal of experience managing and operating treatment plants that treat various domestic and industrial waste streams. He has a New York State Class D Water License and can manage and operate most small water systems. He is also a Trustee/Past President of the Municipal Electric Utilities Association of New York, and Vice President of the Independent Energy Efficiency Program (IEEP) of New York. Andrew lives in Westfield with his Wife, Angie, and their three children, Taylor, Nick, and Kendall.
