Co-owner Andrew Thompson is a NYS Grade D Water System Operator and NYC DEC Grade 4A Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator. 4A is the highest level of license achievable in New York.
We would love to have the opportunity to evaluate your system and provide a guide to operate and manage it. We can provide daily inspection, sampling, and testing. We can also train your staff to perform daily duties and oversee the operation of the plant and prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies.
We will be available to assist your staff at all times in case problems arise. Many of these small treatment facilities have been in operation for many years, and are in need of upgrades or replacement. We can lead this process for you, and interface with Engineers, Contractors, and Regulatory Agencies as needed.
In most cases, we can complete these upgrades at a much lower cost than another contractor. We will also make sure you don't get taken advantage of by Engineering Firms and Contractors who try to add unnecessary costs to your projects. Typically, new equipment is much more energy efficient than what it is replacing. In many cases, the reduced energy costs can more than offset the capital cost of the new equipment.
We can evaluate your system to find opportunities for increased energy and operational efficiencies. We will work with your Electric Utility to maximize available energy efficiency rebates as well.
